If you would like to export the applicant data from your applicant tracking system account, we offer this as a paid service for all customers.
In order to start the data exportation process, simply file a ticket or send an email to our support team requesting the data export. An agent will reach out to you to confirm the fee for the service and get your approval to charge the card on file in your account.
Once you approve the fee, we will begin the engineering process of exporting your applicant data. The typical turnaround time for this service is 10 business days from the time payment is processed.
Applicant Data Exports include a Standard Applicant Data CSV file plus all applicant files zipped. The fee is currently $299 per account per export.
Once the export is complete, someone from our Client Services team will deliver the data to you.
What you receive: A password-protected Dropbox link with the applicant data CSV in it as well all applicant files in a Zip file.
